Acute Onset Anti-Synthetase Syndrome With Pericardial Effusion and Non-Specific Interstitial Pneumonia

Non-confluent areas of ill defined opacities were also seen in both lungs with denser consolidations and air Broncho-grams mainly in the right middle lobe and both the lower lobes which were thought to be a combination of infiltrates and atelectasis.
